Get into a good routine at night time so that you never go to bed with your makeup still on. This can be hard after a night out on the town so the key is in good preparation.

Too much sun

The quickest and easiest way of ageing your skin is to get in the sun too much. Make sure you use a face cream that has a sun protection factor of at least 15 to help give you added protection against UV rays.
