Combination anti-ageing treatments are rising in popularity as Brits seek out the most time-efficient ways to look after their looks. A recent article in the Express suggests that UK residents, who are increasingly time-poor, are trying to make the most of every hour - even when it comes to maintaining a youthful appearance.

Cosmetic treatments like anti-wrinkle injections and non-surgical facelifts are becoming more commonplace and by combining two or more treatments, it’s possible to save time, the publication states.

Rather than opting for a single treatment, Britons are combining cosmetic procedures for enhanced benefits. Fillers, wrinkle relaxing injections and laser facial treatments are a popular combination, providing a significantly rejuvenated appearance in just a single session.

Meanwhile, another possible combination is laser resurfacing or microdermabrasion, dermal fillers and a thread lift for a younger-looking complexion without the need for a traditionally invasive facelift.

The publication warns that combining treatments is not a short cut. While procedures can be mixed to save time and to produce improved results, the success of combination cosmetic treatments depends on the skill and expertise of the practitioner, so it’s wise to do some research before committing to anything.

Earlier this month, the Daily Mail reported that botulinum toxin injections can transform the appearance of individuals with receding chins, lifting the jawline. Individuals with receding jawlines may suffer from depression and low self-esteem, the publication said.

Previously, weak jaws could only be improved with invasive methods - now, injectables can be used to contour the chin. By relaxing the muscle in the area, the chemical has been credited with improving the overall shape of the chin in patients taking part in cosmetic trials.
